Happy 100th blog post anniversary! Have some cake, blog.

Already 100 blog posts. Woohoo! Thank you all so much for reading along. For all the nice comments. For following Curious and Catcat on Facebook, Pinterest, Bloglovin or anywhere else. And for your support, you have no idea how much that means to me! You are the ones who keep me going. Thank you :)

Now everybody have a piece of blog anniversary celebration cake! Or bread. Perfect, sweet, squishy, delicious banana bread! We killed two birds with one stone with this one, because we could use a good amount of our remaining Easter chocolate (Yep, still have some. Honestly, who can eat so much chocolate!?) and found a way not to throw some overripe bananas away. Perfect! And the banana bread was so tasty it was annihilated within hours. We basically had it for breakfast, lunch and dinner that day.
If you want to try this recipe, take 130g sugar, 115g softened butter, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 345g flour, 3 very ripe bananas, 200g chocolate, 50g cocoa powder, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Mix everything together and bake in a pre-heated oven for 40-45 minutes at 175°C (350F). Enjoy!
